Nelson Mandelaplein, Kortrijk. If your GPS does not recognize this address, you can enter Burgemeester Lambrechtlaan (possibly roundabout Blekerstraat). Paid parking at Kortrijk Weide: To enter, you always insert your bank card (Maestro, Visa, or Mastercard) into the entry terminal. When exiting, simply insert the same bank card into the exit terminal. The system will calculate the correct cost, and your parking session will be paid.
The zone around Parking Kortrijk Weide is only accessible to permit holders. Control is carried out automatically using cameras with license plate recognition. Driving in without a permit results in a GAS fine of 58 euros.
Free parking P+B Wembley: Free parking is available at Moorseelsestraat 144 (a 950-meter walk). From this parking area, you can take a free bus to Kortrijk Station (bus lines 42 and 62) and back. The nearest drop-off point is 'De Appel'.
This is your best option. It’s approximately a 10-minute walk from Kortrijk railway station.
The building is designed with the necessary facilities to comfortably accommodate people in wheelchairs. There are ramps to access the building and an elevator to move around in between levels. There is also an adapted toilet available. This toilet is specially designed to meet the needs of people with disabilities, including wheelchair users.

Yes, there is a parking lot available for attendees. Parking Weide is in front of the main venue and Parking station is also nearby. Please note that parking is not free of charge.
Bring your ticket, ID, and any necessary personal items. We have a coat check where you can also leave your backpack if needed.
